Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 60 minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated.

Bollywood is about big movements; it demands you bend your limbs in exuberant ways so wear comfortable clothes.

    Priyanka is a trained Indian classical dancer who trained for 15 years in Bharatnatyam and Kuchipudi and has been performing on stage since the age of 5 across south India. She has also created and coached performances in traditional, semi classical dance forms and Bollywood style workouts
