In Yoga for Mindful Yoga classes we explore yoga practices that sooth stressed out bodies and minds. Through these practices, students will learn how to calm over-stimulated central nervous systems and discover a more balanced state of being. Practices include mindfulness meditation, breath work, Restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra and gentle yoga flow movements, which are creatively sequenced to gently guide students through 75 minutes of bliss
