Yama Yoga is pleased to offer our Body Control Pilates. Our dedicated teachers are highly qualified, trained & certified with Body Control Pilates, UK and are eager to share their wealth of knowledge with the Doha community. We offer 6-week Introductory Courses as well as an assortment of more drop in classes

Intro to Pilates Program

The Starting point for anyone new to Pilates, Intro will enable you to master your Pilates ABCs (Alignment, Breathing and Core Stability) through a range of Beginner exercises and opens the door to other classes in the Body Control Pilates programme.

Improvers Pilates Program

Intro and Improvers Pilates will revise the Pilates ABCs (Alignment, Breathing and Core Stability) and take you through a range of new exercises to build strength, stamina and endurance.

Dynamic Pilates Program

Dynamic Pilates is designed to readdress the body’s natural balance through a series of exact, controlled movements. It focuses on the core muscles in the waist and lower back area and improves strength, flexibility and posture. As the name suggests, Dynamic Pilates is a more intense and dynamic program, designed to slim figures, improve posture and build lean, toned muscle. Open to all.

Fit-core Pilates can rev up calorie burn & multiply results. It will deliver a satisfying workout with strengthening, body-shaping effects. You will feel the burn of Fit-Core Pilates.
