SPRING INTRO TO YOGA COURSES

Progress step by step with this Introduction to Yoga course. These courses introduce the principles of Yoga breathing, the basics of the poses and fundamentals such as sun Salutation, Vinyasa and deep relaxation. By the end of the program you will be ready to continue your practice by joining any of the regular Yama Yoga Classes.
