Ivana started practicing yoga in 2007. Moving to Qatar she decides to deepen her practice and knowledge so she joins teacher training held by Valerie Jeremijenko. Amazed with benefits of connecting body, mind and breath, yoga helped her to overcome daily stress and bring more balance, peace and mindfulness to her life. Ivana loves teaching because is never ending learning process. On this journey she fell in love with yin yoga where she finally learned on how to let go. She is teaching strong and sweaty Vinyasa flow classes often followed by restorative yin yoga poses.
