When you are connected to the present moment, to the Here and Now, you enter a space of neutrality, in which you can sense the reality for what it is. In that space of silence, you experience a deep relaxation and you can be in a healing relationship with yourself and with others. By being able to listen, you have access to your intuition and you can apply it for healing.

In this workshop, we will explore the different possibilities that Kundalini Yoga offer to heal ourselves and to heal others, and to bring back a sense of harmony and balance at the level of our physical body, our emotions, our mind and our spirit. It is a great opportunity to release our stress, to recharge and to renew. To This workshop is open to all.

“The art of healing, the art of ecstasy, the art of God-consciousness has millions of names in mystic terms. It has to do with rhythm and reality. When the body is in rhythm, there is ease. When the body or any part of the body goes out of rhythm, there is dis-ease.” – Yogi Bhajan

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® is considered the most comprehensive of yoga traditions, combining meditation, mantra, physical exercises and breathing techniques; it is a Raj Yoga (Royal yoga), encompassing the eight limbs of yoga into a singular practice of excellence and ecstasy. “Kundalini” literally means “the curl of the lock of hair of the beloved.” This poetic metaphor alludes to the flow of energy and consciousness that exists within each of us, and enables us to merge with the universal Self. Fusing individual and universal consciousness creates a divine union, called “yoga.” The Upanishads, dating back to the fifth century B.C., describe the Kundalini, although the oral tradition reaches back even further into history. For thousands of years, this sacred science and technology was veiled in secrecy, passed along verbally from master to chosen disciple.
