Mummy & Me Yoga Classes

YOGA FOR YOU AND YOUR BABY!

Mummy & Me classes are a fun way to reconnect with your body while enjoying time with your baby. It’s a great way to take part in an understanding community of other new mums!

The classes focus on rebuilding your core, balance and body confidence whilst giving you quality time connecting and bonding with your baby.

Other caregivers welcome, too!

 

Open to babies 8 weeks to 10 months/ pre-walking

Classes will be themed every week including:

  • Week 1: Building strength for Mummy
  • Week 2: Poses and nursery rhymes
  • Week 3: Baby Yoga
  • Week 4: building a community of new mums – partner yoga
  • Week 5: mindfulness for mums

Please be aware limited spaces available for the class. Book early to avoid disappointment!

About Hannah

Mummy and me classes are taught by Hannah Varley (RYT 200), a trained teacher and qualified yoga teacher at Yama Yoga Studios. Hannah has a wealth of experience working with parents and small children. She has a diploma in early childhood studies and a degree in primary teaching. Having taught pre-school children for the last 10 years, Hannah knows how to excite and engage children in her lessons by using music, nursery rhymes and simple movements for mother and child alike.
