ABOUT Michelle

Having worked in the US, the Middle East & Africa, and China, Michelle’s coaching and teaching style is creative, respectful, culturally aware, and results-driven.  Michelle believes that people across all backgrounds can achieve their dreams, and her mission in life is to help people rediscover themselves and find their true passions. Michelle is a Certified Professional Coach through University of Miami and International Coach Federation (ICF).  Michelle is also a certified meditation teacher and RTY200 vinyasa-flow yoga teacher.

Michelle is also a tech executive & VP at a Fortune-10 company, responsible for transforming internal digital culture, delivering productivity and cost out through Digital Thread, and enabling enterprise intelligence, security, and employees’ experience across the Middle East & Africa.

Michelle earned a B.S. from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, and M.B.A. from Fordham University, Gabelli School of Business.  With 16 years of corporate experience, Michelle also serves as a mentor to professional women and female university students.

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

We are busier than ever in today’s world.  Constantly on the go.  Take on more things that we stress ourselves out.  With so much clutter in life, take a moment and ask yourself, “What am I chasing in life?  Am I chasing a dream that I want or others want me to have? Am I working just because or working to my fullest potential?”

It’s time to re-design you own self, re-discovery who you are, and find you true passions in life. The REDESIGNING SELF workshop brings the unique combination of yoga, meditation, and professional coaching, that help busy professionals to de-stress and re-design their lives.

Through yoga, we begin to accept our physical limitations. Through meditation, we learn to notice the present moment and to let go of our own mental attachments. And, only through professional coaching, we can re-design our lives with meaningful goals and actions that lead us toward our true passions in life.
