This course is intended to understand how relaxation in motion can happen. Learn tai chi movement and posture principles that will give you strength without stress, using your Dantian (“Elixir Field”) as the powerhouse for all motion. Move in ways that heal joints, rehabilitate or prevent injuries, and leave you feeling energizedNo experience required – students are partners in learning and are expected to help each other grow.

Come practice basic form movement while being introduced to partnered tai chi exercises. “Functional meditation” will help you integrate mindfulness in daily life.

Begins November 26 to Jan 7, with optional extra drop-in December 24.
