This three day all levels workshop combines the practices of Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Mudras. Learn about the underlying energy system of the body and gain techniques for vibrant physical, mental and spiritual health and well-being. Alignment techniques in asana plus the use of bandhas and the role of prana.

  •  Discussion on the Energy Body – 30m
  • Well rounded Asana Practice – reaffirming principles of alignment -1:45 hr
  •  Pranayama and Chakra Meditation – 45m

Friday 7Am – 9:25Am

  • Discussion, Q&A – 25mins
  • Asana Practice – standing pose, hip openers and arm balances – 1.5hr
  • Pranayama and Chakra Meditation – 30 mins.

Friday  12Pm – 3Pm

  • Discussion on the Energy Body – 15m
  • Asana Practice – standing poses and backbends – 2hr
  • Pranayama, yoga nidra – 45m

Saturday 7Am – 9Am

  • Discussion on the Energy Body – 15mins
  • Asana Practice – standing pose, hip openers – 1.5hr
  • Pranayama – 15 mins

Saturday  12Pm – 3Pm

  • Discussion + Q&A- 15mins
  • Asana Practice – Focus on stability and ease in headstand and shoulder stand -2 hr.
  • Pranayama and Yoga Nidra – 45mins.
